Payment Plans
Processing Fee
- If you select a 10-month payment plan, the total price includes a 5% processing fee.
Payment Plan Commitment
- Choosing a payment plan represents a commitment to the full cost of the retreat, not to individual monthly payments.
- Payment plans are offered as a way to spread the investment over time and do not change the cancellation or refund policy outlined below.
- If you cancel after beginning a payment plan, any remaining balance remains payable unless:
- your spot is filled by someone on the waitlist, or
- a credit is granted under the terms outlined below.
Cancellation Policy
Before the Retreat Begins
- If you need to cancel, a refund will be issued only if your spot is filled by someone on the waitlist.
- While we will do our absolute best to offer the place to someone on the waitlist, we cannot guarantee that it will be filled.
- If your spot is not filled, payments are non-refundable.
- In the event of unexpected circumstances, a credit toward a future retreat may be considered only if written notice is given at least 30 days prior to the retreat start date.
- Credits are offered at Sil’s discretion and are not guaranteed.
- Consideration depends on timing, availability, and the ability to offer the spot to another participant.
- We understand that unexpected circumstances — such as illness or family emergencies — can arise. We strongly encourage you to consider purchasing travel insurance with trip cancellation coverage to help protect your investment.
After the Retreat Begins
- Once the retreat has begun, no refunds or credits are available.
Retreat Cancellation by Host
- If the retreat must be cancelled due to a natural disaster (such as a hurricane or major travel disruption), it will be rescheduled for a later date.
- If Sil needs to cancel due to illness or emergency, the retreat will also be rescheduled for a later date
